A cutting and stapling device for use as an attachment to an electromechanical device driver comprises an upper jaw (80) and a lower jaw (50) which separate and close against one another in a continuously parallel alignment. The upper jaw (80) includes a series of staple guides corresponding to one or more staples in a removable staple tray (220) disposed within a lower jaw (50), whereby a blade (51) and wedge (270) having a threaded bore travel upon a matching threaded shaft (260) in a channel (250) disposed in the lower jaw (50) below the staple tray (220), such that rotation of the threaded shaft (260) causes movement of the wedge (270) through the channel (250) while a sloped surface of the wedge (270) contacts the staples to push the staples against the staple guides, closing the staples.
L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif de coupe et d'agrafage conçu pour constituer un accessoire de dispositif de commande électromécanique et comportant une mâchoire supérieure (80) et une mâchoire inférieure (50) qui se séparent et se referment l'une contre l'autre en conservant un alignement parallèle permanent. La mâchoire supérieure (80) comporte une série de guides pour agrafes correspondant à une ou plusieurs agrafes d'un plateau à agrafes amovible (220) disposé à l'intérieur d'une mâchoire inférieure (50). Une lame (51) et un coin (270) doté d'un alésage fileté se déplacent au-dessus d'une tige filetée appariée, dans un canal situé dans la mâchoire inférieure, sous le plateau à agrafes, de sorte que la rotation de la tige filetée provoque le mouvement de la cale (270) le long du canal (250) alors qu'une surface inclinée du coin (270) est en contact avec les agrafes afin de pousser les agrafes contre les guides pour agrafes, refermant ainsi ces agrafes.
