The present invention relates to an expansible tunneling apparatus (20) suitable for tissue dissection. The apparatus is provided with a cannula loading shaft (21) at its proximal end such that a cannula chosen from a range of different cannulas may be loaded over the cannula loading shaft (21), and installed in an anatomic space created by the expansible tunneling apparatus (20). The apparatus is also provided with an inflatable member such as a balloon (87) to accomplish the dissection, and a sleeve (101) covering the balloon which are removed from the apparatus before the cannula is loaded on the cannula loading shaft (21).
L'invention concerne un appareil expansible de creusement (20) approprié à la dissection de tissus. L'appareil doté, à son extrémité proximale, d'une tige de chargement de canule (21), de sorte qu'une canule choisie dans une gamme de canules puisse être chargée sur ladite tige (21), et installée dans un espace anatomique créé par l'appareil expansible de creusement (20). Ledit appareil est également doté d'un élément gonflable tel qu'un ballonnet (87) pour permettre la dissection et d'une gaine (101) recouvrant le ballonnet, lesquels sont enlevés de l'appareil avant le chargement de la canule sur la tige de chargement de la canule (21).
