The invention relates to isolated antigenic polypeptides obtainable by a process comprising the steps of: 1- selecting on the basis of sequence analysis those of the polypeptides which are either located in the outermembrane or secreted by the bacteria, 2- identifying the genes coding for said polypeptides which are conserved in B2/D clinical isolates, 3- purifying the polypeptides identified in step 1, which are found in step 2 to be conserved in B2/D isolates, 4- testing the polypeptides for immunogenicity using animals models. L'invention concerne des polypeptides antigéniques isolés pouvant être obtenus par un processus comprenant les étapes (1) de sélection, à partir de l'analyse de séquences, de polypeptides qui sont situés dans la membrane externe ou sécrétés par les bactéries, (2) d'identification des gènes codant lesdits polypeptides conservés dans des isolats cliniques B2/D, (3) de purification des polypeptides identifiés à l'étape (1) qui à l'étape (2) sont conservés dans des isolats B2/D, (4) de test des polypeptides pour déterminer leur immunogénicité au moyen de modèles d'animaux. Cette invention a également trait à une application destinée à l'élaboration de vaccins et de compositions d'immunothérapie.
