A medical digital expert system to pre-dict a patient's response to a variety of treatments (us-ing pre-treatment information) is described. The sys-tem utilizes data fusion, advanced signal/information processing and machine learning/inference methodolo-gies and technologies to integrate and explore diverse sets of attributes, parameters and information that are available to select the optimal treatment choice for an individual or for a subset of individuals suffering from any illness or disease including psychiatric, mental or neurological disorders and illnesses. The methodology and system can also be used to determine or confirm medical diagnosis, estimate the level, index, severity or critical medical parameters of the illness or condi-tion, or provide a list of likely diagnoses for an indi-vidual suffering/experiencing any illness, disorder or condition.
L'invention porte sur un système expert numérique médical pour prédire une réponse d'un patient à une diversité de traitements (à l'aide d'informations de prétraitement). Le système utilise des méthodologies et technologies de fusion de données, traitement avancé de signal/informations et apprentissage machine/inférence pour intégrer et explorer divers ensembles d'attributs, paramètres et informations qui sont disponibles pour sélectionner le choix de traitement optimal pour un individu ou pour un sous-ensemble d'individus souffrant d'une quelconque maladie, comprenant des troubles et maladies psychiatriques, mentales ou neurologiques.
