Disclosed is an explosion-proof plug-in connector (1) comprising a plug part (2) and a socket part (3). The plug part (2) encompasses a plug housing (4) with at least two plug pins (6) located in a plug insert (5) while the socket part (3) features a socket housing (7) with matching socket contacts (9) located in a socket insert (8). In order to simplify such an explosion-proof plug-in connector so as to make the same easier to handle especially when disconnecting the plug part and the socket part while maintaining the anti- explosive properties, one housing (4, 7) is provided with an outer sleeve (10) that can be removably connected to the other housing (7, 4). A first gap (11) is embodied between the outer sleeve (10) and the other housing (7, 4) while a second gap (12) is configured between the outer sleeve (10) and the associated insert (4, 8) already before electrically contacting the plug pins (6) and socket contacts (9) in order to establish type of protection d', flame-proof enclosure, as well as type of protectione', increased safety.
Un connecteur à fiche antidéflagrant (1) comprend un corps de prise de connexion (2) et un élément à fiche femelle (3), le corps de prise de connexion (2) présentant un socle de connecteur (4) ayant au moins deux fiches (6) disposées dans un raccord à fiche (5), et l'élément à fiche femelle (3) présentant un boîtier de socle de connecteur (7) à douilles enfichables correspondantes (9) disposées dans un raccord à douille. L'invention a pour but de simplifier un tel connecteur à fiche antidéflagrant, de façon qu'il soit plus simple à manipuler, en particulier lors de la séparation du corps de prise de connexion et de l'élément à fiche femelle, tout en maintenant la protection antidéflagrante. A cet effet, l'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un boîtier (4, 7) présente un manchon extérieur (10) pouvant être assemblé amovible avec l'autre boîtier (7, 4), et en ce qu'avant établissement du contact électrique des fiches (6) et des douilles enfichables (9), une première fente (11) est configurée entre le manchon extérieur (10) et les autres boîtiers (7, 4), et une seconde fente (12) est configurée entre le manchon extérieur (10) et l'insert associé (4, 8) pour la réalisation du coffret blindé antidéflagrant (d) de la protection <= e >= ou d'une sécurité élevée (e).
