This disclosure relates to a new way of covering a perimeter drain - colloquially known as "drain tile" - with aggregate to facilitate water seepage into the pipe. The system being disclosed eliminates the need for traditional covering of pipes with aggregate using buckets and/or wheelbarrows thereby reducing considerably installation time, aggregate losses and the amount of soil displaced by the excess aggregate. Sections of the system are pre - packaged into modules/units filled with aggregate to the specifications given by local plumbing codes to be set on top of a pipe providing enough aggregate above and around the pipe.
