The invention relates to methods for the transgenic expression of nucleic acid sequences, predominantly in plant tissue containing starch, preferably in fruits, roots, seeds or nodules. The nucleic acid sequence is expressed by using a starch synthesis 3 promotor as a control element. The invention also relates to transgenic expression cassettes and vectors comprising a starch synthesis 3 promotor, in addition to use thereof in producing food for both animals and humans, seeds, pharmaceutical products or fine chemicals.
L'invention concerne des procédés d'expression transgénique de séquences d'acide nucléique, principalement dans des tissus végétaux amylacés, notamment dans des fruits, des racines, des graines et des tubercules, la séquence d'acide nucléique étant exprimée sous le contrôle d'un promoteur d'une amidon synthase 3. La présente invention porte également sur des cassettes d'expression transgénique et sur des vecteurs comprenant un promoteur d'une amidon synthase 3, ainsi que sur l'utilisation de ceux-ci pour produire des aliments destinés aux hommes et aux animaux, des semences, des produits pharmaceutiques et des produits de chimie fine.
