A novel method is described for expressing biologically functional therapeutic proteins without host cell toxicity. This method takes advantage of the surprising replication activitating ability of the 107/402-T antigen. The invention also provides expression vectors, human cells, and fusion proteins for practicing the method. The invention thus provides the art with an expression system for therapeutic proteins which is useful to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Le présent brevet décrit une nouvelle méthode pour exprimer biologiquement des protéines thérapeutiques fonctionnelles sans effet toxique sur la cellule hôte. Cette méthode table sur l'étonnante capacité d'activation de la réplication de l'antigène T 107/402. Des vecteurs d'expression, des cellules humaines et des protéines de fusion sont également fournis pour pratiquer la méthode. L'invention fournit donc la technique accompagnée d'un système d'expression pour des protéines thérapeutiques qui est utile dans l'industrie pharmaceutique et l'industrie de la biotechnologie.
