A new expression vector for the production of a polypeptide in yeast comprising a sequence coding for said polypeptide, and other sequences allowing expression of said polypeptide only in yeast, said other sequences lacking any non-yeast sequences, a yeast strain comprising such a vector, a method for the production of such new expression vector, a method for the production of a yeast strain comprising transformation of a yeast strain with such new vector and a method for the production of a polypeptide in such transformed yeast strain comprising fermentation thereof and isolating the polypeptide.
Nouveau vecteur d'expression servant à produire un polypeptide dans de la levure et comprenant une séquence codant pour ledit polypeptide, ainsi que d'autres séquences permettant l'expression dudit polypeptide uniquement dans de la levure, lesdites autres séquences étant exemptes de toutes séquences autres que levure; souche de levure comprenant ce vecteur; procédé servant à produire ce nouveau vecteur d'expression; procédé servant à produire une souche de levure et consistant à transformer une souche de levure au moyen de ce nouveau vecteur et procédé servant à produire un polypeptide dans cette souche de levure transformée et consistant à en effectuer la fermentation puis à isoler le polypeptide.
