A pendent fire protection sprinkler for storage applications, having a body including a fluid passage and an output orifice sealed with a seal cap, two arms extending from the body and meeting at a hub, a release mechanism with a thermally-responsive element positioned between the seal cap and the hub, and a deflector positioned on the hub and facing the output orifice. The deflector has aligned slots at about 90° from each other, corner slots located between the aligned slots, and angled slots located between the aligned slots and the corner slots.
L'invention concerne une tête d'extincteur pendante de protection contre les incendies destinée au domaine de l'entreposage, ayant un corps comprenant un passage fluide et un orifice de sortie fermé par un bouchon d'étanchéité, deux bras s'étendant en provenance du corps et se rencontrant au niveau d'un moyeu, un mécanisme de déclenchement muni d'un élément thermosensible positionné entre le bouchon d'étanchéité et le moyeu, et un déflecteur positionné sur le moyeu et faisant face à l'orifice de sortie. Le déflecteur a des fentes alignées à environ 90° l'une de l'autre, des fentes d'angle situées entre les fentes alignées, et des fentes inclinées situées entre les fentes alignées et les fentes d'angle.
