An extendible sole plate composed of a first plate and a second plate, a longitudinal channel defined by a first board and a second board protruding from a bottom of the second plate, an aperture defined in a wall of the first board, an extension bridge protruding from a bottom of the first plate so as to be slidably received by the channel. A longitudinal slot facing the bore on the first board is further defined on the extension bridge, a screw extends through the bore on the wall of the first board and the longitudinal slot for slidably adjusting a length of the sole and securing the first plate in place.
