[PROBLEMS] To provide a novel external preparation for treating skin ulcer which exhibits an excellent healing effect on intractable skin ulcer such as bedsore, diabetic skin ulcer or ischemic skin ulcer. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An external preparation for treating skin ulcer characterized by comprising a composition which contains at least one member selected from among granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF), stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) and CD41-positive cells together with a hydrophilic polymer.
L'objectif de l'invention est de créer une nouvelle préparation externe pour le traitement des ulcères cutanés offrant un excellent effet curatif pour les ulcères cutanés réfractaires tels que les escarres de décubitus, les ulcères cutanés diabétiques ou les ulcères cutanés ischémiques. Cet objectif est atteint, selon l'invention, au moyen d'une préparation externe pour le traitement des ulcères cutanés caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une composition contenant au moins un élément sélectionné parmi le facteur de stimulation des colonies de granulocytes (G-CSF), le facteur 1 dérivé des cellules stromales (SDF1) et les cellules positives pour CD41 avec un polymère hydrophile.
