The invention relates to an externally heated hot nozzle (1), especially a hot nozzle for producing injection moulded shaped parts, comprising a resistance wire (2) which consists of an inner electrical heat conductor (3), a ceramic insulating intermediate layer (4) and an outer metal sheath (5). Said resistance wire (2) has two end areas (6) to which a heating voltage can be applied and an intermediate section (7) in the form of a heating coil which corresponds to the circumference of the hot nozzle. The resistance wire (2) is characterised in that with an external diameter of 1.5-2.5 mm, the two end areas (6) are larger than the intermediate section (7) with its external diameter of 1.0-1.8 mm.

L'invention concerne une filière à canaux chauffants (1), chauffée de l'extérieur, notamment une filière à canaux chauffants pour la production de pièces moulées par injection. Cette filière présente un filament chauffant (2) qui est constitué d'un conducteur électrique intérieur chauffant (3), d'une couche intermédiaire isolante en céramique (4), et d'une gaine métallique extérieure (5), et qui comprend deux zones terminales (6) au niveau desquelles une tension de chauffage peut être appliquée, ainsi qu'une partie intermédiaire (7) associée, sous la forme d'une spirale de filament, à la périphérie de la filière à canaux chauffants.
