A device for extracting arrows from a target, the device having a frame with a member defining a channel, adapted to receive the shaft of an arrow to be extracted, the frame having a gripping element. The member having a handle attached, said member being moveable into and out of a gripping relationship with respect to an arrow shaft in the channel such that it may be securely gripped and pulled from the target.
