The invention relates to a method for the extractive separation of homogeneously dissolved catalysts from a reaction product from a hydrocyanation of unsaturated mononitriles to dinitriles, by extraction with a carbon material (K), characterised in that a) a non-polar aprotic liquid (F) is added to the reaction product to give a stream (I) and b) the stream (I) is extracted with a carbon material (K) at a temperature (T), to give a stream (II), containing the carbon material (K), enriched with the catalyst and a stream (III), stripped of catalyst.
L'invention concerne un procédé de séparation extractive de catalyseurs dissous de façon homogène, contenus dans un résidu de réaction d'hydrocyanation de mononitriles insaturés en dinitriles, par extraction au moyen d'un hydrocarbure (K). Ce procédé se caractérise en ce qu'il consiste a) à ajouter un fluide aprotique non polaire (F) au résidu de réaction, de manière à obtenir un flux (I), et b) à extraire ce flux (I) à une température (T) avec l'hydrocarbure (K), de manière à obtenir un flux (II) contenant l'hydrocarbure (K) enrichi en catalyseur et un flux (III) pauvre en catalyseur.
