This is a process which will extract oil from sand more efficiently than drum rotation, which at the moment is only about 40 - 50% efficient. This utilizes the ultrasonic method of cleaning the oil from sand in conjunction with heated oils and heated water detergents and soaps. The process also allows the feedback and recycling of the water detergents and soaps and more importantly the finer sand particles which have a higher surface contact area which will improve cleaning efficiently even higher. The output is more efficiency extracted oils and higher percentage of extraction.
