ABSTRACT In a process system for the transmission of a gas or liquid at extreme pressures through a sleeve or tube of a plastic film, the tube is totally contained within a tightly bonded fabric of fibreglass and polymers in one or more layers forming a sleeve of equal diameter. The bursting strength of this assembly in resistance to the pressurized gas or liquid within is totally maintained by the outer sleeve, with the interior sleeve of polymer serving only as a gas or liquid proof membrane container for transmission and storage purposes. Protecting the outer sleeve is an exterior waterproof sheath or other cover if desired.
