The invention relates to an extruder for the preparation of rubber mixtures for elastomeric products, in particular, continuously produced elastomer sections. Said extruder comprises a cylinder (1), an endless screw (2), rotatably mounted within said cylinder (1), for uptake, transport and homogenisation of the rubber mixture and an extrusion head (3) with an inset extrusion tool (5). The extruder is characterised in that the endless screw is so formed that the rubber mixture undergoes an increase in temperature through heat dissipation, to such an extent that the temperature of the extrudate approaches the vulcanisation temperature thereof.

La présente invention concerne une extrudeuse servant au traitement de mélanges de caoutchouc pour obtenir des produits élastomères, en particulier des profilés élastomères fabriqués en continu. Ladite extrudeuse comprend un cylindre (1), une vis sans fin (2) montée rotative dans le cylindre (1), servant à faire entrer, à acheminer et à homogénéiser le mélange de caoutchouc, ainsi qu'une tête d'injection (3) à outil d'extrusion rapporté (5).
