ABSTRACT An assembly in which a filling material such as icing is extruded from a rotating, hollow cylindrical drum through circumferentially spaced die ports. A stationary formation within the cylinder provides an arcuate passageway into which the filling material is carried by engagement with the cylinder wall. An adjustable dam member selectively restricts the passageway to cause the material to extrude through each port, at a controlled rate, as it moves along the passageway.
