An extruder head (10) adapted for receiving and distributing extruded materials comprises a rear wall (20) defining a discharge port (22); substantially parallel upper (30) and lower walls (40), wherein each of said upper (30) and lower walls (40) has a longitudinal axis which runs parallel to said rear wall (20), and are interconnected by said rear wall to define an open channel therebetween; wherein at least one of said upper (30) or lower walls (40) defines a transverse, recessed trough (32) aligned with said discharge port (22) for distributing material discharged from said port, wherein said open channel is adapted to received a substrate (100) to which extrusion material is applied when said substrate (100) is passed through said channel.
L'invention concerne une tête d'extrudeuse conçue pour recevoir et distribuer des matières extrudées comprenant une paroi arrière définissant un orifice de refoulement, des parois supérieures et inférieures sensiblement parallèles, chacune desdites parois présentant un axe longitudinal parallèle à la paroi arrière et s'interconnectant au moyen de ladite paroi arrière pour y définir un canal ouvert. Au moins une desdites parois supérieures et inférieures définit une rigole transversale, creusée alignée à l'orifice de déchargement de manière à distribuer la matière déchargée dudit orifice, ledit canal ouvert étant conçu pour recevoir un substrat sur lequel la matière d'extrusion est appliquée, lorsque ledit substrat est acheminé à travers ledit canal.
