An extrusion head defined by a number of superimposed plates and by a casing housing the plates and defining two shoulder surfaces forming an angle and perpendicular to the plates; the plates, when packed together, defining an :intermediate guide duct for reinforcing wires and two supply ducts for extruded elastomeric material located on opposite sides of the intermediate duct, and providing for locking together a wire guiding device and a die presenting respective flat shoulders parallel to a first of the shoulder surfaces and pressed by the plates into contact with one another and with the first shoulder surface, with die located between the first shoulder surface and the wire guiding device.
