The object is to provide: an eye drop or a preparation for topical application which has such a composition that a dibenzo[b,e]oxepin derivative or a salt thereof is contained at a high concentration; an eye drop or a preparation for topical application which comprises a dibenzo[b,e]oxepin derivative or a salt thereof and has an effective composition for treating an allergic or inflammatory disorder in the eye or for treating an allergic or inflammatory disorder in the nose; and others. Specifically disclosed is an eye drop or the like comprising a dibenzo[b,e]oxepin derivative or a salt thereof, together with a polyvalent weak acid, an acidic amino acid or an amide thereof, a basic amino acid or an amide thereof, or a salt of any one of these compounds.
