An eye exercise and therapy device for use by a person while lying on a horizontal support includes a generally spherical weighted ball with a string attached to the weight member by which the weight member maybe suspended from a support such as the ceiling so as to hang from the support for movement in a circular or elliptical movement below the support and above the face of the lying person. The ball is covered by a luminous coating by which it glows in a darkened room for viewing of the path by the person lying underneath the path. The ball has a circumferential groove for receiving the string when stored.
