A decorative eyeglass having a pair of temple frames (30) adapted to receive an interchangeable temple insert (40) with a decorative insert (50) attached thereon. A flanged channel (34) disposed in the temple bar (32) of the temple frame (30) is adapted to receive the temple insert (40) through an end opening (35) disposed in the proximal end (39) of the temple frame (30). A coordinated apparel system (100) includes the eyeglass frame (10) with a selected temple insert (40) and decorative insert (50) selected from a plurality of temple inserts each having a decorative insert displaying an ornamental feature wherein the decorative insert (50) is selected such that the ornamental features of the decorative insert (50) are matched and coordinated with the ornamental feature of a item of decorative apparel (60).
Les lunettes décoratives selon la présente invention sont dotées d'une paire de montures de branche (30) adaptée pour recevoir un ajout de branche interchangeable (40) avec un ajout décoratif (50) fixé sur celui-ci. Un canal à bride (34) disposé dans la barre de branche (32) de la monture de branche (30) est adapté pour recevoir l'ajout de branche (40) à travers une ouverture d'extrémité (35) disposée dans l'extrémité proximale (39) de la monture de branche (30).
