A fabric care composition comprising (i) an organophilic clay; (ii) a functionalised oil; and (iii) water. The composition may be used to provide fabrics with softness and/or anti-wrinkle and/or other fabric benefits in laundering processes. The composition provides advantages to fabric, upon treatment with the composition, including one or more of: ease of ironing, better shape, body, improved texture, improved color (including surface color), better antistatic properties, reduced friction, better comfort in wear, increased water absorption and better durability (i.e., resistance to wear).
