The invention concerns a technical fabric which combines anti-perspirant and heat insulating properties, easy to produce, economical and wear-resistant, and which provides perfect comfort to the sportsperson or any individual wearing a garment made from said fabric, whatever the physical exertions and the climatic conditions both cold and heat. Said technical fabric (1) comprises at least two superimposed layers, a first layer, called inner layer (2) designed to be in direct contact with the skin and a second layer, called outer layer (3). Said fabric is characterised in that the inner layer (2) is made of synthetic fibres with small amount of strands promoting evacuation of water molecules by capillary action from the skin towards the outer layer and the outer layer (3) is made of hollow synthetic fibres promoting evacuation of water molecules from the inner layer towards the outer layer and good heat insulation. Said layers (2, 3) are closely assembled by a knitting process which consists in incorporating an elastic yarn. The invention is applicable to garments and underwear.
La présente invention concerne un tissu technique qui combine les caractéristiques anti-transpirantes et thermiquement isolantes, qui soit facile à produire, économique, efficace et fiable dans le temps, et qui procure un confort absolu au sportif ou à tout individu qui porte un vêtement fabriqué à partir de ce tissu, quels que soient les efforts physiques fournis et les conditions climatiques aussi bien au froid qu'à la chaleur. Ce tissu technique (1) comporte au moins deux couches superposées, une première couche, appelée couche intérieure (2), destinée à être en contact direct avec la peau et une seconde couche, appelée couche extérieure (3). Ce tissu est caractérisé en ce que la couche intérieure (2) est réalisée à partir de fibres synthétiques à faible quantité de brins favorisant une évacuation des molécules d'eau par capillarité de la peau vers la couche extérieure et la couche extérieure (3) est réalisée à partir de fibres synthétiques creuses favorisant une évacuation des molécules d'eau de la couche intérieure vers l'extérieur et une bonne isolation thermique. Ces couches (2, 3) sont assemblées étroitement par un procédé de tricotage en incorporant un fil élastique. Application: vêtements et sous-vêtements.
