A fabric (10), particularly for items of clothing and shoes, which comprises: - a first inner layer (11), to be directed toward the body of the user, which is substantially hydrophobic and breathable and is suitable to direct liquid-phase and vapor-phase perspiration away from the user of an item of clothing or the like produced with the fabric (10), - a second intermediate spacing layer (12), which is substantially hydrophobic and transfers the liquid-phase perspiration from the first inner layer (11) toward a third outer layer (13) and defines preferential passages for vapor-phase perspiration from the first layer (11) outwardly, - a third outer layer (13), which is substantially hydrophilic and is suitable for permeation of vapor-phase perspiration, for absorbing liquid-phase perspiration that arrives from the first layer (11), and for distributing the liquid-phase perspiration over a large surface thereof so that it can evaporate outwardly. The layers (11, 12, 13) are joined so as to form a single body.

L'invention concerne un tissu (10), destiné notamment aux vêtements et aux chaussures, comprenant : une première couche interne (11), destinée à être dirigée vers le corps de l'utilisateur, sensiblement hydrophobe et perméable à l'air et permettant la transpiration directe sous forme liquide ou vapeur issue de l'utilisateur d'un vêtement ou analogue fabriqué avec le tissu (10), une deuxième couche intermédiaire d'espacement (12), sensiblement hydrophobe et transférant la transpiration sous forme liquide issue de la première couche interne (11) vers une troisième couche externe (13) et définissant des passages préférentiels pour la transpiration sous forme vapeur issue de la première couche (11) vers l'extérieur, une troisième couche (13) externe, sensiblement hydrophile et permettant la perméation de la transpiration sous forme vapeur, destinée à absorber la transpiration sous forme liquide arrivant de la première couche (11) et à distribuer la transpiration sous forme liquide sur une grande surface afin de pouvoir être évaporée vers l'extérieur. Les couches (11, 12, 13) sont jointes de manière à former un corps unique.
