The present invention relates to fabric softening compositions providing an increase in the ease of stain removal on fabrics such as cottons and polyesters, comprising: (a) from about 3 % to about 50 % by weight of fabric softener; and (b) from about 1 ppm to about 1,000 ppm of a stable dye system, whereby the dye system comprises selected water-soluble Liquitin?dyes.
