- 16 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Fabricated Meat Products Like Crab Claw Meat and Process for Manufacturing the Same Fabricated meat product comprising ground fish meat which comprises a thin plate portion and a plurality of fibrous portions. The fibrous portions are connected to each other by the thin plate portion and extend outwardly from the thin plate portion in a direction substantially normal to the thin plate portion. The fibrous portions may be formed on one side or on both sides of the thin plated portion. The fabricated meat product has both a structure and mouth feel which are similar to those of natural crab claw meat. Also process for manufacturing the fabricated meat product like crab claw meat.
