A filtration face mask (10) that comprises a mask body (20) and a band (30). The mask body (20) is adapted to cover the nose and mouth of a wearer and that comprises polyolefin containing fibers. The band (30) comprises an elastic constituent and a fibrous thermoplastic constituent. The fibrous thermoplastic constituent has a melting point of about 250~C or less and is a polyolefin or a substituted polyolefin. The band (30) is attached to the mask body by heat and pressure at securement points (23).
La présente invention concerne un masque filtrant (10) comprenant un corps de masque (20) et une bande (30). Le corps de masque (20) est adapté à recouvrir le nez et la bouche du porteur et comprend des fibres contenant de la polyoléfine. La bande (30) comporte un composant élastique et un composant fibreux thermoplastique. Le composant fibreux thermoplastique présente une température de fusion maximale d'environ 250 ·C et est constitué de polyoléfine ou de polyoléfine substituée. La bande (30) est fixée au corps de masque par la chaleur et la pression à des points de fixation (23).
