FACETED PARABOLIC-TYPE LUMINAIRE REFLECTOR AND PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A luminaire including a segmented and faceted reflector of two sections describing a concave surface but approximately describing a plurality of paraboloid surfaces of revolution. With simple repositioning of the two reflec- tor section, a range of reflected beam widths may be achieved. The construction of the reflector sections pro- vides economic fabrication without material reshaping or working and hence dulling of highly reflective material, the fabrication steps including V-notching and bending in two directions.
