ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a facial prophylactic comprising a face cover with securing portions for holding the face cover tightly against the face and over the mouth of the user of the facial prophylactic. The face cover has an integral stretchable portion which when not stretched is planar with the remainder of the face cover and which is stretched by the tongue outwardly of the face cover with the tongue covered by the stretchable portion.
