A method, system and computer program product for instant message communication in a wireless and non-wireless environment. The invented system includes an apparatus that facilitates conversation with individuals not included in the user's buddy group, non-buddies (183). The system includes at least one additional routing code (4561) reserved for conversing with non- buddies. The first time during a user session that the system receives a message originating from or destined for a non-buddy, before routing the message, the non-buddy's personal identifier is associated with one of the reserved routing codes (4561). The mobile user can then reply to the message using the same automated «reply» function available for replies to buddies. The nonbuddy routing code assignment is only for the duration of a user session. When the mobile user signs off from the system, the routing code becomes available for reassignment.
L'invention concerne un procédé, un système et un produit-programme informatique permettant une communication par messages instantanés dans un environnement filaire ou sans fil (figure 9A, 9B). Ledit système comprend un appareil qui facilite la conversation avec des individus qui ne font pas partie du groupe d'amis de l'utilisateur, appelés <= non amis >= (183). Ce système comprend au moins un code de routage additionnel (4561) réservé pour converser avec des non amis. La première fois que, pendant une session d'utilisateur, le système reçoit un message provenant d'un non ami ou adressé à un non ami, avant d'acheminer le message, l'identificateur personnel du non ami est associé à un des codes de routage réservés (4561). L'utilisateur mobile peut alors répondre au message au moyen de la même fonction automatique <= répondre >= disponible pour répondre aux amis. L'attribution d'un code de routage non ami sert uniquement pendant la durée d'une session d'utilisateur. Lorsque les utilisateurs mobiles ferment une session du système, le code de routage devient disponible pour être reattribué.
