The present invention relates to a semi-buried facility for storing dangerous materials packaged into containers (10), including: at least one cell (2) defined by buried vertical firewalls (3a) forming a pit containing said containers; and each cell being surrounded by a chamber including vertical firewalls (7a) extending above the ground; and at least one container (10) depositing and receiving area (6; 25), such as a roadway (6) for trucks (6a), and/or an area (25) for handling containers (10) from or to a railway transport line (22); and a corridor-shaped depositing area (5) inside each of said chambers between each of said buried cells and a longitudinal chamber wall (7a); and a motor-driven container handling gantry crane (8) capable of moving one of said containers (8c) that has been suspended to a height greater than that of said chamber walls (7a).
La présente invention concerne u ne installation de stockage semi enterrée de matières dangereuses conditionnées en containers ( 10) comprenant :- au moins une cellule (2) délimitée par des murs coupe-feu verticaux (3a) enterrés formant une fosse contenant des dits containers, et - chaque cellule étant entourée par une enceinte comprenant des murs coupe-feu verticaux (7a), s'étendant au-dessus d u sol, et - au moins u ne zone de dépose et de réception (6; 25) des containers ( 10), tel qu'une chaussée de circulation (6) de camions (6a) et/ou une zone de manutention (25) de containers ( 10) en provenance ou à destination d'une ligne de transport ferroviaire (22), et - une piste de dépose en forme de couloir (5) à l'intérieur de chaque dite enceinte entre chaque dite cellule enterrée et u n mu r longitudinal d'enceinte (7a), et - u n portique de manutention motorisée (8) de container apte à déplacer u n dit container suspendu (8c), à une hauteur supérieure à celle des dits murs d'enceinte (7a).
