The invention relates to a facility (10) including a top floating structure (20) and a completely submerged bottom structure (22). The top structure (20) is movable between a use position and a draining position. The facility (10) includes a means (26) for supporting the top structure (20) in the use position thereof which includes at least one rigid rod (90) supported by the top structure (20), at least one rod abutment (92), supported by the rigid rod (90) next to the bottom end thereof and at least one complementary abutment (94) rigidly connected to a base (60) of the bottom structure (22), each rod abutment (92) and each complementary abutment (94) being mutually rotatably movable between an inserted arrangement, in which a push of the rigid rod (90) towards the top position (20) thereof holds the top structure in the use position thereof, and a withdrawn arrangement in which the top structure (20) is released from the bottom structure (22).
Cette installation (10) comprend une structure flottante supérieure (20) et une structure inférieure (22) totalement immergée. La structure supérieure (20) est mobile entre une position d'exploitation et une position d'évacuation.
