A facsimile apparatus provided with a handle which is pulled out of the facsimile body when the facsimile apparatus is carried. The handle is designed to be turned and set in an inclined position relative to the facsimile body, thereby enabling the automatic and continuous feed of a plurality of original documents to be transmitted and accordingly dispensing with an original document tray.
