The invention resides principally in providing such devices with a flange (12) which is comfortable to wear and ensures safe attachment to the body. The overall caliper of the flange (12) and the adhesive layer (20) according to the present invention is less than 1.3 mm while the transversal diameter of the aperture (21) is less than 80 mm.
