The present invention exhibits a remarkable effect of making it possible to provide a famotidine injection solution containing famotidine at a high concentration, being stable for a long period of time at room temperature, and having a low viscosity without impairing the absorption of famotidine, which can be hardly provided so far.

L'invention porte sur des injections de famotidine contenant une famotidine ou ses sels, un amide acide hydrosoluble et une substance acide, selon une quantité spécifique et dont la valeur pH oscille entre 5,5 et environ 7,5 et dont la viscosité dynamique à une température ambiante est d'environ 0,9 cSt ou plus mais inférieure à 3 cSt. Ainsi, on obtient un effet remarquable lors d'injections de famotidine dont la teneur en famotidine est élevée, on garantit la stabilité pendant une longue période à une température ambiante, sans pour autant entraver l'absorption de la famotidine et en préservant une faible viscosité difficile à obtenir jusqu'à nos jours.
