The invention relates to a complex of insulin and a polysaccharide comprising carboxylic functional groups, said polysaccharide being selected from among the polysaccharides functionalized by at least one phenylalanine derivative, in particular said phenylalanine derivative being selected from the group consisting of phenylalanine and the alkaline cation salts thereof, phenylalanine, phenylalaninamide, amine ethyl benzyl or from among the esters of phenylalanine and said insulin being either a human insulin or equivalent insulin. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition including at least one complex according to the invention, particularly in the form of an injectable solution.

L'invention concerne un complexe entre une insuline et un polysaccharide comportant des groupes fonctionnels carboxyles, ledit polysaccharide étant choisi parmi les polysaccharides fonctionnalisés par au moins un dérive de la phénylalanine, note Phe ledit derive de la phénylalanine etant choisi dans le groupe constitue par la phénylalanine et ses sels de cation alcalin, le phénylalanine, le phénylalaninamide, l'ethyle benzyle amine ou parmi les esters de la phénylalanine et ladite insuline étant soit une insuline humaine soit une insuline analogue.
