A fast dissolving and taste masked sildenafil solid dosage form comprising: (i) sildenafil granules which granules comprise at least 45 % by weight of a salt of sildenafil, a solubilisation inhibitor for said salt of sildenafil and optionally a sweetening agent and (ii) one or more disintegrants wherein the disintegrants or combination of disintegrants are present in the form of agglomerates having an average agglomerated particle size of at least 50 ~m, said agglomerates comprising at least 10 % by weight of disintegrant.

L'invention concerne une forme posologique solide de sildénafil à goût masqué et à dissolution rapide comprenant : (i) des granules de sildénafil qui contiennent au moins 45 % en poids d'un sel de sildénafil, un inhibiteur de solubilisation pour ledit sel de sildénafil et éventuellement un agent d'adoucissement et (ii) un ou plusieurs désintégrants, ces derniers ou leurs combinaisons étant présents sous la forme d'agglomérats présentant une taille particulaire moyenne agglomérée d'au moins 50 µm, lesdits agglomérats comprenant au moins 10 % en poids de désintégrant.
