Physiologically acceptable films, including edible films, are disclosed. The films include a water soluble film-form- ing polymer, such as pullulan, and a taste masked pharmaceutically active agent, such as dextromethorphan. The taste masking agent is preferably a sulfonated polymer ion exchange resin comprising polystyrene cross-linked with divinylbenzene, such as AMBER- LITE. Methods for producing the films are also disclosed.
La présente invention concerne des films physiologiquement acceptables, notamment des films comestibles. Ces films renferment un polymère hydrosoluble filmogène, tel que le pullulane, et un agent de masquage du goût actif sur le plan pharmaceutique, tel que la dextrométhorphane. De préférence, cet agent de masquage du goût est une résine d'échange ionique à polymère sulfoné contenant du polystyrène réticulé avec du divinylbenzène, telle que la résine Amberlite. En outre, cette invention concerne des procédés de production de ces films.
