A tool (24) for dispensing plastic fasteners (13) from a fastener clip (11), each plastic fastener (13) in the fastener clip (11) having a cross bar (17) coupled to a common runner bar (20) by a stub (21). The tool (24) comprises a gun shaped casing (25). A guide groove (39) extends down from the top for receiving the fastener clip. A hollow slotted needle (40) is mounted in the front of the gun shaped casing (25). An ejector slide (55) and feed slide (59) are disposed within the gun shaped casing (25) and movable back and forth therein. A feed cam (63) is disposed inside the casing is rotably mounted at one place onto the casing and pivotally mounted at another place onto the feed slide (59). The feed cam (63) includes a front surface having a pair of outwardly extending spaced apart pins. A feed pawl (65) is disposed on the feed cam (63) between the pair of pins, the feed pawl (65) having a tooth for engaging the stub of a plastic fastener so that the cross bar is advanced into alignment with the inlet opening of the hollow needle (40).
L'invention concerne un outil (24) de distribution d'attaches en plastique (13), à partir d'une barrette d'attaches (11), chaque attache (13) de la barrette (11) possédant une barre transversale (17) couplée à une barrette de coulissement commune (20) au moyen d'une embase (21). Cet outil (24) se compose d'un boîtier en forme de pistolet (25). Une gorge de guidage (39) s'étend vers le bas à partir du sommet du boîtier et sert à recevoir la barrette d'attaches. Une aiguille à fente, creuse (40) est montée sur l'avant du boîtier en forme de pistolet (25). Une glissière d'éjection (55) et une glissière d'alimentation (59) sont montées dans le boîtier en forme de pistolet (25) et elles peuvent se déplacer dans celui-ci, vers l'arrière et vers l'avant. Une came d'alimentation (63) est montée à l'intérieur du boîtier, rotative au niveau d'un emplacement situé sur le boîtier, et pivotante au niveau d'un autre emplacement situé sur la glissière d'alimentation (59). La came (63) comprend une surface avant possédant une paire de broches espacées l'une de l'autre et s'étendant vers l'extérieur. Un cliquet d'alimentation (65) est monté sur la came d'alimentation (63) entre la paire de broches, ce cliquet (65) comportant une dent destinée à entrer en contact avec l'embase de l'attache en plastique de façon que la barre transversale de l'attache soit avancée en étant alignée sur l'orifice d'entrée de l'aiguille creuse (40).
