Fastening element for a trim panel in the interior of a motor vehicle, said fastening element being fastened between a structural part (1) of the motor vehicle and the trim panel in such a manner that the trim panel can be removed, and foam being provided between the trim panel and structural part. In order, with reduced costs for manufacturing and logistics, to be able to absorb a large amount of work of deformation and to be exchangeable, the fastening element (5) itself is a body which consists of light metal foam, in which at least one insert (8) is integrated, said insert being exposed on the side which faces the trim panel (15), and wherein the trim panel is fastened releasably to the exposed part (9) formed in this manner.

L'invention concerne un élément de fixation pour un élément d'habillage installé dans l'habitacle d'un véhicule automobile, ledit élément de fixation étant fixé entre un élément de structure (1) du véhicule automobile et l'élément d'habillage de sorte que ce dernier puisse être retiré, une mousse étant intercalée entre l'élément d'habillage et l'élément de structure. L'objectif de l'invention est de réduire les coûts de fabrication et de logistique de cet élément de fixation et de créer un élément de fixation qui puisse absorber une grande quantité de travail de déformation et qui soit interchangeable. A cet effet, l'élément de fixation (5) est constitué d'un corps en mousse de métal léger dans lequel est intégré au moins un insert (8) qui est exposé sur le côté opposé à l'élément d'habillage (15), et l'élément d'habillage est monté de façon libérable sur la partie exposée (9).
