The present invention aims to provide a fastening member excellent in strength of fastening a decorative external panel and capable of constructing an external wall surface excellent in design appearance, and an external wall structure. The fastening member is used for fastening the decorative external panel to a plurality of the underlying panels disposed in front of the construction frame of a building. This fastening member has a base plate portion, a supporting portion, an upper panel engaging portion, and a lower panel engaging portion. The base plate portion has, at its portion above the supporting portion, a first screw hole and a second screw hole differing in the distance from the supporting portion. A first base plate portion of the base plate portion in which the first screw hole farther away from the supporting portion is formed and a second base plate portion of the base plate portion in which the second screw hole closer to the supporting portion is formed from an obtuse angle there between. The first base plate portion is inclined rearward with respect to the second base portion toward an upper side of the first base portion.
La présente invention vise à fournir un élément de fixation d'une grande force, permettant de fixer un panneau extérieur décoratif à la surface d'un mur extérieur, le tout de façon esthétique. L'élément de fixation sert à fixer le panneau extérieur décoratif à plusieurs des panneaux sous- jacents placés devant le cadre de construction d'un immeuble. L'élément de fixation est composé d'une plaque de base, d'une partie de support, d'une partie supérieure devant recevoir un panneau et d'une partie inférieure devant recevoir un panneau. Au-dessus du support, la plaque de base est pourvue d'un premier et d'un deuxième trou de vis qui ne sont pas à la même distance de la partie de support. La plaque de base est formée de deux parties : une première partie, dans laquelle est situé le premier trou de vis le plus éloigné de la partie de support, et une deuxième partie, dans laquelle est situé le deuxième trou de vis le plus près de la partie de support. Ces deux parties forment un angle obtus. La première partie de la plaque de base est inclinée vers l'arrière par rapport à la deuxième partie vers un côté supérieur de la première partie.
