The invention refers to a fastening-type security seal comprising a sealing body (1) with an internal tooth within the tunnel (2) and an elongated fastening part (8) possessing a series of sealing formations (11) throughout its length. The tip (13) of the fastening part (8) can be passed through the tunnel (2), so that the sealing formations (11) successively engage with an internal tooth (2b) in the tunnel, when the thus formed loop is tightened. An identification tag (3) is an integral part of the sealing body (1). With a view to eliminating the need to use a cutting instrument to remove the seal, without detracting from the physical resistance of the fastening part in the longitudinal direction, and also recucing the amount of plastic used in manufacturing the device, the tag (3) features a weakening line (15) that extends from the first edge (4) to the second edge (7) of the tag, dividing the tag into first region (17) on one side of the line (15) and second region on the other side of the line (15). The sealing body (1) is integrated with the first region (17) of the tab (3); the fastening part (8) is integrated with and extends from the second region (18) of the tag (3). And the tearing means is situated on the tag (3), adjacent to one of the ends of the weakening line, which enables one to tear the tag, thus separating the first region (17) from the second region (18).
L'invention concerne un dispositif du type fermeture de sécurité qui comporte un corps (1) de fermeture comprenant un passage (2) contenant une dent interne, et une partie de fermeture (8) allongée présentant une série d'éléments (11) de fermeture sur sa longueur. L'extrémité (13) de la partie de fermeture (8) peut être passée à travers le passage (2), de sorte que les éléments (11) de fermeture entrent successivement en contact avec une dent interne (2b) située dans le passage quand on serre la boucle ainsi formée. Une étiquette (3) d'identification fait partie intégrante du corps (1) de fermeture. Afin d'éviter de devoir utiliser un instrument tranchant pour enlever le dispositif de fermeture sans modifier la résistance physique de l'élément de fermeture dans le sens longitudinal, et aussi pour réduire la quantité de plastique utilisée dans la fabrication du dispositif, l'étiquette (3) comporte une ligne (15) de rupture qui s'étend du premier bord (4) au deuxième bord (7) de l'étiquette, et divise l'étiquette en une première zone (17) située d'un côté de la ligne (15) et une deuxième zone située de l'autre côté de la ligne (15). Le corps (1) de fermeture est intégré dans la première zone (17) de l'étiquette (3) ; la partie de fermeture (8) est intégrée dans la deuxième zone (18) de l'étiquette (3) et s'étend à partir de celle-ci. Et un moyen de déchirage, situé sur l'étiquette (3) de façon adjacente à l'une des extrémités de la ligne de rupture, permet de déchirer l'étiquette pour séparer la première zone (17) de la deuxième zone (18).
