The parapulpal or endodontic anchoring elements in the form of screws or posts, respectively, obtain their fatigue-resistant geometry by use of the Computer Aided Optimization (CAO) method based on bionics. The stress concentrations which occur on conventional contours, and which lead to material fatigue and the risk of fracturing, are eliminated uniformly in this way. With the optimized thread profile (Gp) and the optimized transition profile (Up), the strength and useful life of the anchoring elements are increased many times over. The two-part cement run-off groove (112) reduces the amount of working involved when manufacturing the anchoring elements as screws.

L'utilisation de la méthode d'optimisation assistée par ordinateur fondée sur la bionique confère aux éléments d'ancrage parapulpaires ou endodontiques se présentant sous forme de vis ou de broches une géométrie résistant à la fatigue, ce qui permet de supprimer de manière harmonieuse les concentrations de tensions qui interviennent au niveau des contours classiques et engendrent une fatigue des matériaux et un risque de rupture. Le profil de filetage (Gp) d'un multiple et le profil de transition (üp) optimisés permettent d'augmenter la résistance mécanique et la durée de vie des éléments d'ancrage. La rainure d'écoulement du ciment (112) divisée en deux parties rend le traitement moins complexe lors de la production des éléments d'ancrage se présentant sous forme de vis.
