Tôles fortes en alliage d'Al résistant à la fatigue et à un procédé d'obtention de celles-ci. Ces tôles possèdent une durée de vie en fatigue supérieure à 100 000 cycles en traction ondulée (R = 0,1) sous une contrainte maximale égale à 50%, et même 60%, de la limite élastique. La méthode consiste en une élaboration condui- sant à une teneur en H2 inférieure à 0,15 g/cm3, en un corroyage à chaud inférieur à 2 ou 2,4 suivant l'épaisseur finale avec les deux dernières passes de laminage supérieures à 25 mm chacune. L'invention trouve ses applications principales dans les domaines aéronautique et spatial.
