The present invention relates to fatty acid analogues of the general formula (I): R1- [xi - CH2]n - COOR2 wherein R1 is; a C1-C24 alkene with one or more double bonds and/or with one or more triple bonds, and/or a C1-C24 alkyne, and/or a C1-C24 alkyl, or a C1-C24 alkyl substituted in one or several positions with one or more compounds selected from the group comprising fluoride, chloride, hydroxy, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 alkylthio, C2-C5 acyloxy or C1-C4 alkyl, and wherein R2 represents hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, and wherein n is an integer from 1 to 12, and wherein i is an odd number and indicates the position relative to COOR2, and wherein X1 independent of each other are selected from the group comprising O, S, SO, SO2, Se and CH2, and with the proviso that at least one of the Xi is not CH2, and with the proviso that if R1 is an alkyne or alkene, then the carbon-carbon triple bond or double bond is positioned between the (.omega.-1) carbon and the (.omega.-2) carbon, or between the (.omega.-2) carbon and the (.omega.-3) carbon, or between the (.omega.-3) carbon and the (.omega.-4) carbon, which can be used for the treatment and/or prevention of proliferative skin disorders. More specifically the invention relates to the inhibition of proliferation and/or differentiation of keratinocytes.
L'invention concerne des analogues d'acides gras de formule générale (I) dans laquelle R¿1? est un alcène C¿1?-C¿24? à au moins une double-liaison et/ou à au moins une triple-liaison, et/ou un alcyne C¿1?-C¿24?, et/ou un alkyle C¿1?-C¿24?, ou un alkyle C¿1?-C¿24? substitué en une ou en plusieurs positions avec un ou plusieurs composés sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué de flurorure, chlorure, hydroxy, alcoxy C¿1?-C¿4?, alkylthio C¿1?-C¿4?, acyloxy C¿2?-C¿5? ou alkyle C¿1?-C¿4? ; R¿2? représente hydrogène ou alkyle C¿1?-C¿4? ; n est un entier compris entre 1 et 12 ;i est un nombre impair et indique la position relative par rapport à COOR¿2? et X¿i? indépendamment l'un de l'autre sont sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué par O, S, SO, SO¿2?, Se et CH¿2?, à condition qu'au moins un élément de Xi ne soit pas CH¿2?, et à condition que si R¿1? est un alcyne ou un alcène, la double ou triple liaison carbone-carbone soit positionnée entre le carbone (.omega.-1) et le carbone (.omega.-2), ou entre le carbone (.omega.-2) et le carbone (.omega.-3), ou entre le carbone (.omega.-3) et le carbone (.omega.-4). Les analogues précités peuvent être utilisés dans le traitement et/ou la prévention de troubles cutanés prolifératifs. Plus spécialement, l'invention concerne l'inhibition de la prolifération et/ou de la différenciation de kératinocytes.
