ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention concerns fatty acid monoglyceride polyglycol ether sulphosuccinates of general formula (1), wherein R may be the same or different and stands for H or -CH3, R1 stands for (.alpha.) or (.beta.), R2 stands for R1 or H, R3 is an acyl residue with 8 to 22 carbon atoms which is optionally substituted and/or contains multiple bonds, a, b and c may be the same or different and are equal to 0 to 10, a + b + c being greater than or equal to 1, and X+ stands for H+ or a cation. The invention also concerns their preparation and their use.
