ABREGE DESCRIPTIF La divulgation décrit une matière grasse comportant des constituants gras cristallisables à la température ambiante et des huiles. Cette matière grasse est caractérisée par une structure quasi-vitreuse déterminée par une charge d'éléments secs à l'état de dispersion mécanique. On prépare la matière grasse en la chauf- fant au-delà de son point de fusion, on ajoute une gomme sèche, on disperse mécaniquement la gomme dans la matière grasse, et on laisse refroidir la dispersion obtenue, avec malaxage à consistance ferme. La matière grasse ainsi produite est malléable dans un pallier de travail élargi et est moulable par extrusion. D'autre part, à l'état solide avec ou sans substance de charge sèche, elle est peu sujette à la démixion ou exsudation des composants huileux.
